How long will it take for my Shield Gear to arrive? To keep our prices competitive and our gear high-quality, we ship directly from our global fulfillment centers. Please allow 7-12 business days for delivery in the UK. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can follow your "Shield" every step of the way.
I ordered multiple items, but only one arrived. Where is the rest? Because we source our specialized "Tough Gear" from different expert facilities, items sometimes ship in separate packages. Don’t worry—the rest of your gear is on its way!
### 🐱 Personalization & Fit
How do I tell you what name to put on the collar? On each personalized product page, there is a text box where you can enter your pet's name and your phone number. Please double-check the spelling before checking out!
What if the harness doesn't fit? Safety only works if the fit is perfect. Check our Size Guide on the product page. If you followed the guide and it still doesn't fit, contact us within 14 days and we’ll help you with an exchange.

Are your "Tough Gear" toys truly indestructible? While no toy is 100% indestructible (some pets are true superheroes!), our Tough Gear collection is curated specifically for its high-density, non-toxic, and bite-resistant materials. We recommend supervising your pet during their first play session with any new toy.
Are the materials safe/BPA-free? Yes. Your pet's health is our priority. All our rubber and silicone toys are made from food-grade, BPA-free materials that are safe for constant chewing.

Is my payment secure? Our store is powered by Shopify, using the same level of encryption as major banks. Your data is 100% protected.
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day "Peace of Mind" guarantee. If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will replace it or refund you immediately.
